Rental Terms.

PICK UP AND RETURN POLICY

All pick-up and drop-off times must be kept.

A late fee of $75.00 per hour will be charged unless time extension is pre arraigned with Rec Rental Inc.
The rental fee balance and damage deposit is due at time of pick up or delivery.

A Damage Deposit is required for ALL Rentals.

All persons who would like to drive the vessel need to have a Valid Boater’s License and must be over 18 years of age with primary renter being 25+.
Delivery within 250km radius of Barrie, Ontario can be arraigned for additional fee.

Minimum rental age is 25, with a valid ID, and Pleasure Craft Operators Card.
(Jet Skiers can be issued temporary license for rentals)
Rec Rentals Inc does not issue refunds for poor weather conditions.
Reservations can be cancelled for 100% refund with at least 10 days notice from start date of rental.
Changes to reservations (extending or upgrading) may be made at any time prior to starting date, subject to availability.
A $400 deposit is required when making reservations.
No reservations for 1 day rentals. 1 day rentals can contact us 1 or 2 days prior to anticipated rental date to check availability.
Rec Rentals Inc strives to provide the boat requested by the renter but from time to time, uncontrollable circumstances may arise and Rec Rentals Inc reserves the right to substitute a comparable boat. If no boat is available, a refund can be issued.
